At Content Beauty & Wellbeing, we want you to love your conscious beauty purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with seals intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return address label and send the package using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
